About the event
Just like we go to a gym to workout our physical body, we can train parts of our brain through mindfulness meditation as a form of mental fitness. The latest neuroscience suggests that a mindfulness meditation practice can change the physical structure of your brain, leading to greater calm, clarity, peace and focus. Given the current world of distraction that we live in, it's increasingly important to teach our brains ways that allow us to stay present, focused, calm and connected with others.
The practice of mindfulness is open to everyone regarding of age, what physical shape you’re in, whether you’re religious or not.
