Guidance and support for mindfulness and self compassion
Life is a full time job. We are busy, overcommitted, leaning in, multitasking and exhausted. The idea of Self Care can sound selfish and self-indulgent yet we can all relate to the instructions of put your own oxygen mask on first before helping others'. It's simply true that we cannot give to others what we don't have.
In my own life experience holding multiple roles with all kinds of joys and sorrows I have gathered ways to support myself that I want to share with others.
The way that I support is best described as mindfulness. A way for us to be together as life is experienced with methods to live fully through practical ways to be mindful, formal practices using meditation, moving practices using yoga all done with heartfelt presence.

60 minute scheduled 1:1 calls via videoconference or phone
Initial questionnaire and intake tools to learn about where you are in your life right now and what you are seeking to improve
Guided meditations during our time
Mindfulness exercises based on situations in your life
Personalized recorded guided meditations custom to your needs
